M.I Abaga accuses American rapper J. Cole of copying his music style
Nigerian rapper M.I Abaga has accused American rapper J. Cole over what he sees as a copy of his music style.
M.I Abaga was made known of this by a fan on twitter, who complained that J.Cole’s latest song “Middle Child” sounds like M.I Abaga’s “Head of the family” off his Illegal music 3 album released in 2016.
On seeing the post, the Chocolate City Music rapper replied: SMH.. niggas been biting my style for years.
Here is the song that was cited by the twitter user:
Head of Family by M.I Abaga
And below is J. Cole‘s song.
Middle Child by J. Cole
Listening to both song, I can hardly see the similarities between these songs – but what do you think ?
