The Nigeria Police, Lagos State Command, on Tuesday raided Afrobeat musician Seun Kuti’s house in Lagos.
It was learnt that men of the Lagos State Police Command, on May 16, raided embattled Afrobeat singer Seun Kuti’s house in Ikeja, Lagos.
As you may already know, Seun Kuti is currently under arrest for assaulting, landing a slap on on his face, a police officer on duty.
In a recent video shared by popular Instagram blogger Tunde Ednut, Seun Kuti was handcuffed inside one of the police vehicles as they raided his house on Tuesday.

Some netizens are, however, curious about the connection between Seun Kuti slapping a policeman and policemen raiding his house. Some drop sarcastic comments under the post, like ‘the police are looking for the hand he used to slap the officer’.
