Are Nigerian Fighters The Strongest In The World? – Adesanya and Efe Ajagba Are Unbeaten (Videos)
It was a weekend of high profile bouts in the fighting sports in UFC and Boxing as two Nigerians emerged victorious and continued unbeaten runs in their different categories. Adesanya won at the UFC while Efe won at the boxing level.
Israel Adesanya proved unstoppable as he eliminated Romero via high points to emerged winner by unanimous decision to continue his winning streak. The middleweight UFC Champion has now won 19 out of 19 fights since he joined the UFC two years ago.
Meanwhile, Nigeria’s Kamaru Usman is the defending champion of the Welterweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Champions (UFC) since December 2019 after defeating Colby Covington.
Somewhere in the U.S, Fast rising Nigerian boxer Efe Ajagba is busy putting Nigeria on the map as he knocked out Croatian Razvan Cojanu on the 9th round via a TKO to increase his wins to 13 over 13 fights for him, with 11 KO’s to his name is simply remarkable. It’s only a matter of time before he becomes high profile.
