#Grammys2022: Wizkid Lost His Two Nominations At The Grammys
Today was a huge night for Afrobeats as Nigerian afro-pop star Wizkid and Burna Boy were nominated for the Grammys in various categories sadly Wizkid has lost Best Global Music Album to Angélique Kidjo and Best Global Music Performance to Arooj Aftab.
It’s a sad night indeed for Nigerians and especially Wizkid FC as Wizkid has been looked at as the favorite to win the Award
Made In Lagos deluxe album was nominated for Best Music Album at the 2022 Grammys alongside Femi Kuti and Made Kuti’s Legacy +, Angelique Kidjo’s Mother Nature, and Rocky Dawumi’s Voice of Bunbon Volume but they all lost to Mother Nature

It may not have been the desired result for Wizkid this night, but he is sure in the right direction to win another nomination and possibly win the Grammys.
