BBMAs 2022: The Weeknd, Doja Cat, Justin Bieber, Ed Sheeran, BTS, Drake Lead In Nominations
Nominations for the 2022 Billboard Music Awards have been officially announced. The Weeknd is leading in nominations.
Few hours back organisers of Billboard Music Awards officially released the list of finalists, or nominees, of the 2022 Billboard Music Awards on their official Twitter page.
The Weeknd is a top finalist in 17 categories–the most nominated artist at the 2022 Billboard Music Awards.
Leading as the most nominated female artist this year is American rapper Doja Cat, who’s in 14 categories including ‘Top Artist’ and ‘Top Female Artist.’
Justin Bieber, Ye, and Olivia Rodrigo, received 13 nominations each; Ed Sheeran, 9; South Korean boy band BTS, 7; Giveon, 7; and more.

Meanwhile, Nigerian super star Wizkid also received a nomination at the 2022 BBMAs.
