Seun Kuti, the Nigerian afrobeat singer, recently expressed his view on marriage, stating that he would not end his relationship if his wife is unfaithful. According to him, infidelity should not be a cause to break their marital bond. Similarly, his wife, Yetunde, shared the same sentiment during their appearance on the Valentine edition of the TVC programme, “Your View”. She mentioned that she would also not leave Seun if he cheats on her.
Mrs Kuti said, “There is nothing my husband is going to do that would make me leave him. Even if he cheats on me I won’t leave him. I am not going to leave my husband because he cheated on me. Nah, that can’t happen.
”One of the hosts asked Seun Kuti, “Would you leave her [your wife] if she cheats on you,” to which he replied, “No. What has that got to do with anything?”
